I've never thought about changing hills into linear feet. Interesting concept. Maybe I can get you out on my running/climbing circuit. How do you do with free solo climbing? =)
Alas I do not have the upper body strength relative to the lower body mass that seems to be a requesite for that type of endevour. The hills to feet thing was just to give an idea of how the terrain lies locally. I used Google Earth and spot checked the hill tops and all along the trail.
